Jaana Na Dil Se Door actress gets hate messages from fans!

She is being bashed for a completely illogical reason..

There’s never a dull moment when it comes to the drama quotient in Star Plus’ Jaana Na Dil Se Door. The show has served its loyal audience with some jaw dropping twists and turns time and again and has helped keep their viewers’ interest intact.

And the show has been keeping us engrossed now with the terrorist drama at the Vashisht family’s house. And actress Firoza Khan, who was last in Saath Nibhana Saathiya, was roped in to play the vengeful terrorist who has come to avenge the death of her husband.

But as they say, love and hate go hand in hand, Firoza has been receiving a lot of hate mails of late. Yes, the pretty actress has been bashed by her fans on social media for being a muslim and playing a terrorist.

Fed up with all this, Firoza immediately posted that she is proud to be a muslim and that terrorists do not have any religion.

We contacted Firoza who told us, “I play a muslim and a terrorist in Jaana Na Dil Se Door. But there are a few people who do not understand the fact that we are different people in real life and play different characters on-screen. I got a lot of hate messages from fans which ranged from explicits to them questioning my faith.”

“They were agitated that why terrorists on television are always portrayed to be muslims and why are not any other religions shown to have terrorists. But guys, it’s just a show and I am playing just a character,” said Firoza.
