This Bollywood actress has been roped in for ‘Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai’

Hint: She will play a character in the college setting

Well-known Bollywood and TV actress Guddi Maruti who is popular for comedy will now be seen on Sony TV’s show ‘Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai‘. The show that has been regaling audiences with its dose of nostalgia from the 90s and the coming of age love story of Sameer (Randeep Rai) and Naina (Ashi Singh) will now be showcasing the college life of the yester years. Guddi will be portraying the role of college principal in the show.

When contacted Guddi confirmed, “It was an exciting moment for me when the production house approached me for this role. I have been a part of multiple movies and shows on Indian television before but this is the first time that I am getting to be a part of such a unique show. I am an ardent viewer of the show since its inception on last year. It’s a wonderful show that evokes nostalgia amongst the audience including me as it took me down my memory lanes of the 90s. I play the role of the college Dean/principal and she is a strict person however, there will be instances wherein she will reveal her softer side. The look of my character is very simple and commands authority. It feels nice to be part of such a wonderful show that has been entertaining audiences consistently since its beginning.”
